This a remote1099 performance base Position with the opportunity to write your own paycheck. the role and responsibilities of a 3Sixty driver recruiter: Collaborate with hiring managers and operations team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
-Develop and implements effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified drivers
-Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, Industry events and referrals to reach potential candidates.
-Screen and qualify candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
-Conduct through interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for specific driving roles.
-Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and clear communication.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the (ATS) applicant tracking system.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT standards, legal regulations, driver applicants and current employees.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in B2B sales or recruiting, preferably in the Transporation or staffing industry.
-Strong understanding of the transportation industy and its various job roles (CDL A/B, OTR, Local. etc.)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to effectively manage and multi tasks prioritize.
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
-Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
-High Level of professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
